To cure, embose & fix printed & dyed garment pieces. The Conveyor belt passes the curing material continuously through the chamber (tunnel) at required temperature & speed where the drying, jelling, polymerizing & embossing process takes place.

Specially designed to CURE Screen printed & dyed fabrics, to strengthen & affix the colors, pigments, dyes by heat treatment. Electrically heated for instant and even heating. Temperature is maintained by hot air circulation and controlled by micro processor based digital temperature controllers. The chamber is insulated with rock wool slabs to minimize the thermal loss.

We use transfer/fusing machine for our various designing and printing applications. It is used for transferring designs on polypropylene, garments and fabrics. The machine consumes less electricity, thus reducing labor and electricity cost. The highly efficient and reliable machine is low in maintenance and offers easy operation through pneumatic system.

We have ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) installed at our premises for treatment of emissions after printing & processing.
